Job Description
We are looking for a meticulous Quality Control Analyst to support analytical testing and quality assurance activities at Nicsphere. The role involves testing raw materials, in-process samples and finished products against defined specifications to ensure consistent pharmaceutical-grade quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples and finished products.
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments such as HPLC and GC as per SOPs.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation in line with GLP and cGMP.
- Investigate out-of-specification results and support corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Production and QA teams on quality-related matters.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or chemical QC laboratory.
- Working knowledge of cGMP, GLP and data integrity practices.
Technical Skills & Competencies
- Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC and wet-chemistry techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline.
- Ability to work collaboratively across quality and manufacturing teams.
