Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Production Executive to support our manufacturing operations at Nicsphere. The position involves monitoring production activities, ensuring adherence to established quality and safety procedures, and maintaining the process documentation required for consistent pharmaceutical-grade nicotine manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and monitor daily production activities in line with established schedules.
- Maintain adherence to cGMP, safety and environmental procedures.
- Monitor process parameters to support consistent product quality.
- Coordinate with QA, QC and maintenance teams for effective operations.
- Maintain accurate batch records and production documentation.
- Identify process deviations and support corrective and preventive actions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in productivity and process efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology or a related discipline.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing.
- Knowledge of cGMP, EHS and applicable regulatory practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Technical Skills & Competencies
- Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Knowledge of cGMP, GDP and EHS requirements.
- Production planning, batch documentation and process monitoring.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and technical reporting.
- Ability to collaborate across technical and operational functions.
